Female leaders in science
Being a female leader in science in Academia comes with a particular set of challenges. From the structural sexism from colleagues and institutions to the lack of work-life balance policies, or inclusion into male-dominated leadership networks. To learn how to better deal with these and other challenges, and to discover the full leadership potential of women in science, we have developed this course targeted specifically to female PIs.
