At hfp consulting, we treat your privacy seriously. Any personal data that you provide us will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, in accordance with European Data Protection legislation and following the introduction of new General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”) on 25th May 2018. 
 
Any personal data that have been provided to us (your name, surname, email address and affiliation) will be processed fairly and lawfully and will be used for the purposes of:
• Providing you with the course materials via email
• Connecting you with other participants who attended the same course
• Inviting you to join our social media pages
 
During our online courses, we will not record course sessions without consent of participants. Recordings of sessions by participants are not allowed and hfp consulting will arrange zoom settings accordingly.
We may save chats on the computer of our meeting hosts. These chats will be shared with participants of the course only. 
 
By checking the box on the registration form, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in this notice.
 
You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting privacy@hfp-consulting.com. If you do withdraw your consent, we will no longer process your personal data and will take steps to delete all reference to your data securely.
