Young female leaders in science
Working in Academia as a woman comes with a particular set of challenges, from the sexism from colleagues and PIs to the outside perception that women who fight for their rights are either aggressive, unreasonable, or emotional. To learn how to better deal with these and other challenges, and to discover how to unleash the potential of being a woman in science, we have developed an interactive workshop targeted specifically to female PhD students and Postdocs.
