Over the years, I have found that good leadership can make the science that we perform much better. We always find the time to invest in being better scientists, but rarely do so to improve our ability to be better scientific leaders, with the ability to orchestrate, in a productive and pleasant way, the flow in the lab. As a trainer at HFP I hope I can help leaders become a better version of themselves, eventually leading to higher quality science
