Shaping the culture of science by training scientists to be effective, inclusive, and authentic leaders

Leadership and Management Skills

Leadership and Management Skills Course for Group Leaders

November 8th – 25th, 2022

This online workshop will be facilitated in six half-day sessions spread over 3 weeks (November 8th, 11th, 15th, 18th, 22nd & 25th)

We will work from 14:30 to 18:00 (CET/Berlin)

We believe that leadership skills, essential for today’s challenges in scientific work, can be acquired and developed. Being a leader in science is a role most people have grown into, but, rarely, have been trained for.
