Shaping the culture of science by training scientists to be effective, inclusive, and authentic leaders

Leadership and Management Skills

Leadership and Management Skills Course for Group Leaders

November 8th – 25th, 2022

This online workshop will be facilitated in six half-day sessions spread over 3 weeks (November 8th, 11th, 15th, 18th, 22nd & 25th)

We will work from 14:30 to 18:00 (CET/Berlin)

We believe that leadership skills, essential for today’s challenges in scientific work, can be acquired and developed. Being a leader in science is a role most people have grown into, but, rarely, have been trained for. This workshop will enable group leaders at all levels to master the challenges related to the interpersonal aspects of doing science and to confidently fulfil their leadership role.
