Being the head of a department or a research institute – apart from the leader of a research group – is challenging, not only because of the number of organisational roles that a single person needs to joggle with but also because of the constant pressure associated with fulfilling all those jobs. In an interactive style we will discuss about these and other challenges and find common solutions.

We know from experience we’ve had with numerous workshop groups that impact and sustainability are highly increased if the participants are exposed to a follow up training. This is why we offer this advanced course to group leaders who attended one of our previous LMSC workshop. Participants will get together to further extend their knowledge with new subjects and work on specific case studies.
