As a scientist and mentor, Kathy understands how essential good leadership is to support scientists in doing the best research. Having attended an hfp course during her postdoc, she was immediately motivated to join in their mission to develop leadership, management and communication skills throughout the scientific community. Kathy has a long standing passion for team development, scientific mentoring and championing women, contributing broadly to institutional and international scientific committees, and the not-for-profit sector.
