I love working in teams…seeing how I can be of help to those around me. Productive and fulfilling work is all about people and the environment we work in. Scientists, I have found, are usually very driven people, goal oriented, curious, work logically, creative, thoughtful and most times objective.

All these are strong traits which if well tapped can make all the difference in their teams for good productivity.
