I believe that at the core of any successful project there is a strong team led in a productive, positive way. Leadership skills and understanding team dynamics are very important in our scientific life, and it is something that I continue to develop within myself. By being a leadership trainer with HFP Consulting, I am given the opportunity to share the lessons I have learned as I lived and worked in four different countries.  The discussions with other scientists in the workshops are also very valuable learning opportunities for me that fuel my ongoing growth and broadening perspectives around these important topics.tively worked to develop within myself.
