- gain tools and concepts that will de-mystify creativity and help in integrating it into work
- experience engaging in creative processes and thus reflecting on them
- practice hands on tools for fostering creativity and collaboration in scientific settings
- strengthen connections within the community

- we adjust our course modules to the needs of the course participants
- we work in a process oriented manner
- the course is conducted in a interactive style
- each module begins with an introduction by the trainers, followed by breakout activities in small groups
