During her studies in Germany and USA, Edeltraud Eller specialized in management and organizational development. She has more than 12 years of professional and leadership experience in the education branch including three years as general manager.
Since 2003 now, Edeltraud is working with leaders and their teams focussing on executive coaching, leadership training and the facilitation of development and change processes. Passionate for people development, she is also working with young scientists in the university context.
Edeltraud graduated post educations and trainings in leadership development, facilitating change, systems thinking, coaching and mediation. She specialises in leadership, communication, group dynamics, team development and mediation.
